Growing up can be overwhelming.

Children and young people today face increasing pressures around fitting in, managing friendships, navigating family changes and making sense of big emotions. Whether your child is experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, identity questions or the emotional impact of family separation, they deserve a space where they feel truly safe, seen and supported.

At my Cooroy practice, I offer a creative, sensory rich environment where children can explore practical tools to calm the nervous system, build emotional regulation and develop confidence from the inside out. The bright and spacious Sunflower Room is specially designed for children and teenagers, a place to play, move, create and heal.

For children and young people with ADHD, ASD or other neurodivergent profiles, these challenges can feel even more intense, and that’s exactly where therapy can make a real difference. When the nervous system is better regulated and emotions feel more manageable, children are better equipped to engage, connect and thrive in their everyday lives.

Using movement, rhythm, sensory play and creative expression, we work together in ways that feel natural, engaging and fun, because healing doesn’t have to be hard.

NDIS self and plan-managed participants are welcome. Located in Cooroy and serving the wider Noosa, Eumundi, Yandina and Pomona communities.

Children and adults in a colorful art classroom, some painting on canvases, others arranging crafts, with a red and white checkered tablecloth, butterfly dresses on the wall, and a large mirror reflecting the scene.

The Sunflower Room is bright and spacious and includes a window to the waiting area so younger children can feel comforted knowing a parent or caregiver is close by. At the same time, the room is arranged to support privacy and quiet, with spaces where children can sit or play away from the door if they wish.

For young adolescents and women, sessions can also take place in the cosy and intimate smaller rooms.

Parking is available directly in front of the building. I currently see clients on Mondays with additional days available upon enquiry. No waiting list; support can begin as soon as you’re ready. NDIS self and plan-managed participants are welcome.
