I started this practice to give a voice to those who may feel unheard, especially children and young people who find it hard to express their emotions through words alone.

It’s important to provide a safe and supportive space that is shaped around what helps them feel comfortable. Incorporating art and play in therapy creates new ways to explore emotions, process experiences, and build confidence.

For those who feel that talking isn’t enough, a different approach can offer new insights, relief, and even unexpected outcomes—making it always worth the try.
