Counselling for Women

This is a safe space for women who may be seeking calm, healing, or simply a chance to reconnect with themselves. Women come to this space for many different reasons. Sometimes because of difficult experiences in the past, sometimes simply because they want to reconnect with themselves in a safe and supportive way. I also have experience supporting women who have faced loss, separation, or domestic violence, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space to feel safe and supported.

I am a strength-based, trauma-informed counsellor, using evidence-based approaches to ensure every session is grounded in safety, choice, and professional care..

At my practice, sessions can take place in a more traditional setup with a couch or at a table, or you can choose to sit somewhere overlooking the garden or in a quiet spot in nature, creating a sense of privacy and calm. This allows you to find the space that feels safest and most comfortable for you.

Here, you are invited to share your story at your own pace, rebuild a sense of safety, and reconnect with your inner strength. Talking, reflection, or meditation can be the first steps, and for some women, experiencing the therapeutic qualities of clay therapy or creating empowering symbols that emerge from deep within can also be meaningful. For others, these approaches may not feel like the right fit, and that is perfectly okay.

What matters most is finding a way to explore and heal that feels natural to you.

Two women sitting and having a conversation in a cozy living room. One woman is on a black leather couch, wearing a white sleeveless top and patterned skirt, with glasses on her head. The other woman is seated in a gray armchair, wearing a green striped shirt, with long curly hair. There is a small white table with colorful blocks between them, a lamp on the wall behind the woman on the couch, and artwork on the walls. A brown purse and a blanket are on the couch, and a small rug is on the wooden floor.
