More about sessions

Some people like to talk, while others find it easier to express themselves through movement and touch — working with clay, painting, or simply creating. I follow each client in whichever way feels most comfortable for them. Sometimes it’s simply helpful to share thoughts and feelings with someone who listens. However, if someone is drawn to working with clay, paint, or other creative modalities, they don’t need to consider themselves “creative” — the focus is on the process of expression, not the end product.

For my work with children, I am currently training in the Clay Field approach, a sensori-motor, body-oriented method that supports healing through creative and tactile exploration.
